Production & Quality Department

Oversees workshops and high-end manufacturing operations: planning, methods, quality control, continuous improvement, and compliance with international luxury industry standards.

Human Resources Department

Fosters talent development and workplace well-being: recruitment, training, career development, safety culture, and support for over 1,200 craftsmen and internal teams.

Audit & Impact Division

Measures and documents our non-financial performance: traceability, CSR compliance, women’s empowerment indicators, internal and client audits, and impact reports.

Marketing & Communications Department

Shapes the image and appeal of our brands: strategy, content creation, luxury brand relations, social media, events, online reputation, and editorial consistency.

Alma Design Management (Development Office)

Partner to our clients' creative studios: prototyping, product engineering, material sourcing, cost and timeline optimization, technical feasibility, and design excellence.

Green Lab (Integrated Dyeing Workshop)

Color & Finishes Laboratory: color charts, sustainable processes, colorfastness testing, REACH compliance, and innovation in materials and textures.
