Envol Madagascar Association

Envol Madagascar is the non-profit association of the Feel Good Group, founded and chaired by Faranah Goulamaly.

Envol Madagascar was born from a strong conviction: women’s economic empowerment is one of the most powerful levers to sustainably transform society.

In Madagascar, too many women still face poverty and economic dependence. Envol Madagascar works to provide concrete, dignified, and sustainable solutions based on work, training, and knowledge transfer.

An impact model integrated within the Feel Good Group

Envol Madagascar is at the heart of the Feel Good ecosystem and acts as a structure for orchestrating and ensuring coherence of impact, complementing the group’s different entities:

  • Les Ateliers Feel Good create decent jobs, transmit exceptional skills, and provide stable incomes to hundreds of women, laying the foundation for lasting autonomy.
  • The Feel Good Academy trains women each year in professions and leadership, in partnership with committed actors.
  • Maison Feel Good supports Envol Madagascar’s initiatives through targeted projects and engaged events, contributing to the funding of high-impact human projects.

Envol Madagascar identifies, supports, and guides the most vulnerable women toward these levers: employment, training, and assistance, to sustainably transform life trajectories.

This model shifts from assistance to sustainable transformation, connecting social impact with the real economy.

Their mastery of technique and attention to detail bring unique creations to life, carrying the soul and pride of Madagascar’s craftsmanship.
