IRAY – The Showcase of Golden Hands
IRAY is a collection of unique pieces, created by a single artisan or a single team. Each creation is a singular work, carrying exceptional craftsmanship.
All revenue from each IRAY piece is dedicated to directly improving the life of the artisan who made it. Depending on her choice, this support may cover:
- Housing improvements,
- Children’s education,
- Health and safety.
Envol Madagascar ensures these actions are carried out with respect, dignity, and freedom of choice for the artisans.
HAFATRA – Woman to Woman
HAFATRA, meaning “message,” is an envelope-shaped bag.
It symbolizes the connection between the artisan who creates and the woman who carries it.
With HAFATRA, clients can go further by choosing to sponsor the artisan who made their bag, supporting her in a professional training journey.
This sponsorship establishes a direct, human, and lasting relationship, based on knowledge transfer and trust.
Envol Madagascar, in collaboration with the FEEL GOOD ACADEMY, oversees these journeys to ensure consistency and quality.

The FEEL GOOD Dreams Gala
Once a year, MAISON FEEL GOOD hosts a charity gala to fulfill transformative dreams of women identified and supported by Envol Madagascar.
The number of dreams realized depends on the funds raised during the event.
Three types of dreams can be supported:
- Beautifying their home to restore dignity and well-being,
- Offering a family trip to create foundational memories,
- Building or securing a home to lay the foundation for lasting stability.
These dreams mark a turning point in life trajectories and open new perspectives.
Autonomy Programs – Envol x FEEL GOOD ACADEMY
In partnership with the FEEL GOOD ACADEMY and committed partners, Envol Madagascar supports women each year through professional training and leadership development programs. These programs provide access to employment, entrepreneurship, or specialization, depending on each woman’s aspirations and abilities.
